Essence is a a sustainable, rechargeable lamp featuring 100% upcycled materials for the base and the shade. The waste comes from Örsjö Belysning's factory where they manufacture lighting products as well as recycled glass from Glasbolaget.
For this project, I was interning at HeartEarth Lab and contributed market research, sketching, mockups, all of the 3D models and renders up until the factory took over, pitch deck creation, and preliminary technical drawings.
This project is under an NDA aside from what has already been made public. I have permission to share what is on this page. Physical product images belong to Örsjö Belysning. The design is attributed to Marie-Louise Hellgren of HeartEarth Lab.
